It was about 11.30 at night. Spirits were low. After 2 hours, we still didn't have a good drum take. The band were looking bedraggled. So was I. Hearing the song over and over again was making us hate Metal!
I was recording a band, and it was feeling a lot like hard work. That's not very rock and roll is it?
Something made me remember that recording session today.
